Ms. Frances Connell's grade 9 Language Arts students at Birchwood Intermediate School in Charlottetown, PEI, wrote poems and created web pages about racism, discrimination, verbal abuse, and bullying from their own perspectives. The students hope that visitors to their site will learn something about the effects and potential effects of racism, discrimination, verbal abuse, and bullying, and they hope that you will be inspired to do your part in eliminating these behaviours so that our world will be a better place.
